What Residents & Communities Say about Objector
From individual objections to large-scale community campaigns, Objector helps people turn complex planning information into clear, relevant and evidence-based objections they can use.
Truly impressive insights
Martin used Objector to help him respond to a major extension proposal.
“My neighbour has been pursuing a sizable extension for the last four years with three detailed planning applications so far. The first time I struggled on my own learning as best I could about "material planning considerations". It was hard work and my objection letter was not particularly good.
The second time, after much searching I found a firm offering to draft objection letters by a planning professional on your behalf. This was a different world and I was very impressed. I have to admit though that the cost was a stretch and the draft letter was delivered very close to the deadline which gave me little opportunity to incorporate what I thought were valuable first-hand aspects.
The third time I thought I could use AI to help me and even arranged for a subscription to one of the leading models. This suggested another step-change improvement was possible but I could tell it was still going to be an arduous process to get the extra detail with time already ticking away.
I did a search for planning objection help and found that AI based support was now being offered by a number of companies. What caught my eye about objector.ai was the use of triple AI. I had done enough exploring on my own with AI in a variety of areas to appreciate the merits of using three AI engines at the same time on the same subject.
Not only were insights generated by the analysis truly impressive, the supporting detail and accompanying narrative gave it credibility. It gave me material to work with and the time to work with it as well.
What I hadn't appreciated when I selected Objector was the access to an online AI planning advisor. The advisor is fully aware of your case and the analysis already created. The AI advisor enabled me to make the best of my local knowledge and first-hand experience by ensuring it stayed directly relevant to "material planning considerations" that guide what planning officers can take note of. It stopped me from being an upset NIMBY Neighbour and ensured I put forward sound arguments backed up by explicit policy references.
If I ever need to write another objection letter, I certainly shan't be wasting my time fretting about what and how I am going to go about it. I know exactly what to do.”

Outstanding - Forever in debt to you!!
The South Hindley community used Objector to analyse 126 planning documents and identify 237 issues for a large housing scheme.
“Hindley community formed a successful campaign group to oppose the development of South Hindley almost a decade ago. During this time, developers/planners have utilised more sophisticated means to make Outline application navigation impossible.
Objector AI broke down large volumes of Outline planning application content, resulting in 237 individual findings from 126 documents - many of which our team had not previously been aware.
Objector AI allowed our committee to articulate planning concerns - explained in easy-to-understand language, with the policy reasons why objections may be valid. The toolkit proved invaluable and saved our committee months of time.
Customer service from Objector AI is second to none. Email responded to quickly, and reassurance when unsure. Objector offers accessible, community-driven tools at an affordable cost for the community. I cannot recommend it more highly. Thank you!”

We now feel empowered to challenge the planning issues
The Moylegrove Community used Objector to identify environmental, traffic and parking concerns in a resubmitted development proposal for an adventure park in a protected area.
“Objector has been a very useful tool for our community. In a contentious development of an adventure hub in a highly protected area, our community won a judicial review and quashed a planning decision on environmental grounds. However, the plans are being resubmitted, and we have concerns regarding the environment and other aspects of the original planning application, such as traffic and parking. We used Objector and it has highlighted those concerns we previously had as high impact, and we feel empowered to challenge these issues again.”
